POGO, the specialized childhood cancer programs and POGO Satellite Clinics sign letters of agreement declaring their intent to use allotted Ministry of Health (MOH) funding to implement the POGO Provincial Pediatric Oncology Satellite Program according to the standards and guidance documents, specifications, responsibilities and conditions contained in this Manual.
