6.4.1 Funding Support for Tertiary Hospital Activity

POGO provides funding to three tertiary hospital sites to participate in the POGO Provincial Pediatric Oncology Satellite Program. Each specialized childhood cancer program will receive ongoing funding, flowed by POGO, for an appropriate salary component for a nursing outreach coordinator. Dedicated operating dollars are flowed to POGO by the Ministry of Health (MOH) for this purpose.
