Targeted Therapy in ALL – The Evolving Story

Presentation Description: This presentation explored how molecularly targeted agents can be integrated into modern multi-agent chemotherapy regimens used to treat childhood ALL. A prominent example was the dramatic improvement in outcome seen with imaging and intensive chemotherapy in Philadelphia chromosome positive ALL. Ways in which new molecular targets can be identified was also covered in this presentation.
