Presentation Description: Radiation therapy has many side effects, one of which is vascular disease. Studies have shown that cerebral vascular disease occurs in 5-10% of children who receive cranial radiation therapy. The cerebral vascular disease can occur in different forms, from Moyamoya disease to aneurism to stenosis. The risk factors and therapies of cerebral vascular disease in children following therapy for brain tumors were presented in this workshop using a case based approach.
