Eligibility:
Any child residing in Canada between the ages of 3 and 17 who has been diagnosed with a life threatening illness qualifies for a wish. This illness must be verified by the child’s treating physician.
Referral:
Children who may be eligible for a Children’s Wish can be referred by anyone, including social workers, healthcare professionals, community organizations, relatives, friends, or other wish families

Family home, tertiary or community hospital or community.

3 full time professional Wish Granting staff.
