POGO Third Party Initiatives
The Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario (POGO) is grateful to be considered as the beneficiary of your fundraising initiative. We rely on fundraising events and programs organized by generous individuals or groups to raise funds in support of POGO’s work. These events and programs are a great way to involve the community and raise awareness of POGO, while also raising the funds required to support POGO’s important work.
In order to ensure suitability with POGO’s fundraising objectives, we ask that you please fill out the Third-Party Initiatives, Cause Related Marketing and Use of Logo Proposal Form (PDF) and complete the Letter of Agreement (PDF) and submit them to our office before proceeding with planning your event or program.

Our Role
Please let us know how we can help make your fundraiser a success!
For example, we might be able to:
- Have staff attend an event to help out, or as a speaker, or to be present at a cheque presentation.
- Provide a letter of support to be used to validate the authenticity of the event and its organizers (for purposes other than sponsorship solicitation).
- Provide supplies for your event such as POGO brochures, annual reports and/or CD ROM’s.
- Authorize the use of and provide the POGO logo, where approved.
Recognition
POGO will post your event on our website, including pre-event publicity and post event recognition. As well, photos of your event and a brief write-up may be included in our newsletter. Funds raised from your initiative will be listed in our annual report. POGO can also provide letters of thanks that can be given to volunteers and staff.
