ErinoakKids provides a comprehensive range of family-centred treatment, rehabilitation and support services to children with disabilities and their families who reside in Dufferin, Halton, Peel, Waterloo and Wellington - the Ministry of Children and Youth Services (MCYS) Central West Region of Ontario. The Ontario government funds the mandatory services offered at ErinoakKids through its Ministry of Children and Youth Services.
Children and youth (up to age 19) with multiple disabilities, complex disorders and speech delay living in Halton, Peel and, in some cases, Waterloo, Wellington and Dufferin.

The Childrens Treatment Centre of Chatham-Kent (CTC-CK) provides specialized services for children and youth, from birth through to 18 years, with physical, developmental or communication needs.
The Child Development Centre (CDC) is one of twenty Children's Treatment Centres in Ontario. The CDC provides services for children and youth who have neurological/physical/developmental disabilities or impairments.
Timiskaming Palliative Care Network offers various programs and services that provide support and/or care for Cancer, Cardiovascular Disease, Infectious Diseases (i.e. HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis-C), Neurological Disorders, Renal Disease, Respiratory Disease, Anticipatory Grief and Bereavement, and Emotional/Spiritual Support.
Hutton House promotes and supports persons with disabilities through learning and life enhancing programs that focus on each individual's strengths, abilities and interests.

Thames Valley Children's Centre (TVCC) works to help children and their families achieve the highest possible quality of life. TVCC focuses on the development of physical, social, emotional, communication, behavioural and life skills, and provides information, education and support to children, youth, families and the community to promote inclusive opportunities and relationships. TVCC offers a wide range of services for children and youth such as Occupational Therapy, Acute Pediatric Rehabilitation Services, Recreation Therapy and much more.
Hearth Place Cancer Support Centre is committed to providing community support for people diagnosed with cancer and their families through individual and group support, information, a resource centre, wellness programs and an ongoing lecture and discussion series. Hearth Place is a support centre where cancer patients and their families can come and share their experiences, find resources and discover new ways to care for themselves and each other.
The Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundations Maplesoft Centre provides Cancer Coaching programs and services to people who have been directly impacted by cancer, from the day of diagnosis, through treatment and for the rest of their lives. A variety of service providers, staff, students and volunteers working at the Centre offer holistic, personalized, person-centered Cancer Coaching and are committed to providing services of the highest quality.

CCACs are dedicated to getting you the care you need in your home and in the community. CCACs were established by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care in 1996 to help the public access government-funded home and community services, and long-term care homes.
ELLICSR is designed as a collaborative space for research into health, wellness and cancer survivorship. Cancer survivors, including family members, friends and caregivers, can:- Find information on health and wellness.- Participate in a class or program, designed through research with survivor input.- Meet other survivors and share experiences, support each other and learn together.
Emilys House is dedicated to caring for children with complex needs while supporting their families. It brings together high quality, respite and palliative care with the warmth and comfort of a child-focused environment. Emilys House can accommodate a maximum of 10 children at a time. However, capacity may vary at any given time based on the unique needs of patients and their families.

Referral can come from a parent/guardian, pediatric palliative care physician, family physician, nurse practitioner, nurse, social worker, or case manager.
Families are responsible for providing the childs medications, diapers and other supplies. Emilys House will cover supplies related to advanced respite care as well as all direct costs of care.

Wellspring is a network of community-based support centres offering programs and services that meet the emotional, social, practical and restorative needs of people living with cancer and their caregivers.
