Counseling and Disability Services at Seneca College provides academic support services, alternative test & examination arrangements, alternate communication, assistive devices, counselling, personal, social, academic and career exploration, vocational assessments, peer tutoring, workshops on study skills, comprehensive health services, and complete housing information and registry.
Available for:17 years and up. OSSD (Ontario Secondary School Diploma) or grade 4+ reading comprehension level (visual or oral). The program is designed for students who would not normally qualify for entry into a traditional post-secondary program.
Referral:Self-referral is acceptable.
Application:Apply through OCAS, participate in intake class and an interview. If still in school: apply through the guidance office. If out of school: apply online with OCAS.
Decision Time:One month.
