2012 AfterCare Education Day - Overview
POGO’s AfterCare Education Day is an integral part of POGO’s commitment to providing educational opportunities for professionals who care for childhood cancer survivors. POGO is pleased to invite you to participate in the 2012 AfterCare Education Day.Date: Friday, February 3rd, 2012

This educational event will be of interest to members of the multidisciplinary team who care for childhood cancer survivors.

POGO receives some funding from the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (MOHLTC) to provide this educational opportunity. For those actively involved in the care of childhood cancer survivors in Ontario, the event is provided free of charge and pre-approved travel and accommodation costs will be reimbursed. Participants are required to arrange best price, same day travel to minimize travel costs and avoid accommodation charges whenever possible. Other health care providers who do not work directly with the childhood cancer survivor population are invited to attend if the topics of the day are of interest. There will be a minimal registration cost and travel and accommodation will not be reimbursed by POGO. In order to receive your accreditation certificate, you must fill out an evaluation and return to POGO before leaving the event.
