SAVTI - Successful Academic and Vocational Transition Initiative
In 2002, POGO created Successful Academic and Vocational Transition Initiative(SAVTI) to assist childhood cancer survivors who, as a result of their disease and/or treatment, have developed learning difficulties that interfere with the achievement of their educational and career goals. SAVTI helps facilitate a smoother transition from high school by supporting and advising survivors about appropriate education and employment goals and assisting with job search for the unemployed. For those individuals 16 years or older and a survivor of childhood cancer,SAVTI may be able to help. For more information about the program, please click here to download the brochure.
Visit the SAVTI Education Day section for information on this upcoming event.
